Education

  • I graduated in 2001 from Scuola Superiore di Lingue Moderne per Interpreti e Tradutori of the University of Bologna, with a BA in interpreting and translation (EN/FR into IT).

  • I completed a course in Frankfurt on financial translation, organised by Lionbridge.

  • I have recently qualified as a voice-over artist, by taking part in a voice-over course held by Daniel Pageon and organised by Atlas translations.

  • I have completed a course in subtitling from UCL.

Who is Chiara?

  • When I'm not busy interpreting, translating or recording a special message or an ad, I love playing tennis, jogging and watching films. I'm passionate about cinema and I also enjoy reading.

  • I was born in Gualtieri, a tiny place in the vast Pianura Padana, in the North of Italy. I regularly travel back to visit my family.

  • I consider myself a good amateur singer.
